The Reserve is a 388-acre master-planned and gated community designed for upper income families, located north of Houston. A total of 130 to 250 home building sites ranging from ¾ to 7 acres have been planned. Homes prices range from $400,000 to over $1,000,000; when completely built out, the development will valued over $300,000,000.
The Reserve responsible for financing, land acquisition, planning and permitting, roads, utility infrastructure development, sales and marketing, and custom home building. It won the National Association of Home Builders coveted Prism Award for Sales Center and Merchandising, competing against all other real estate developments in the greater Houston area.
